🚀 What This Integration Does
This integration allows Guusto’s TV Display (Activity Feed) to be embedded within intranet platforms like Microsoft SharePoint, so your team can view real-time recognition right within the tools they already use.
How to Embed the Activity Feed in SharePoint
To embed the activity feed into your SharePoint site, follow the steps below. This will require Guusto Admin access and some basic SharePoint Admin permissions.
1. Copy the Display Link from Guusto
Go to the Guusto platform
Select the Workspace
Navigate to Settings > Dashboard
Under Share Activity Feed, activate TV Mode
Click Copy Embed Code — this is the link you’ll use in SharePoint
2. Open Your SharePoint Site
Navigate to the SharePoint site where you’d like to embed the feed
3. Edit the Page
Click the “Edit” button on the SharePoint page
4. Add an Embed Web Part
Click the “+” icon to add a new web part
Search for or select the “Embed” option from the toolbox
5. Paste the Display Link
When prompted, paste the Guusto display link
Save and publish your page
That’s it! The Activity Feed from Guusto should now appear embedded in your SharePoint intranet page.
Tips & Customization
SharePoint allows for layout customization, so feel free to add contextual elements (e.g., headers, announcements, or instructions) around the embedded feed.
The embedded feed is read-only and will reflect real-time updates as recognition is sent.
