You can reset your password when trying to login on the web or mobile app, or when trying to claim gifts.

Web Platform/Redemption Platform

1. Click "forgot password"

2. Enter your email address

3. Go to your email and open the Reset Password email sent from Guusto (if you don't receive the email, make sure to check your junk mail)

4. Click the link in the email to reset your password (if you have done step #2 a few times and received multiple Reset Password emails, only the most recent email will have an active working link)

5. Enter a new password and click "reset password"

Mobile App

1. Click "settings"

2. Click "My Profile"

3. Click "forgot your password"

4. Enter your email address and click "reset password". 

3. Go to your email and open the Reset Password email sent from Guusto (if you don't receive the email, make sure to check your junk mail)
