They will no longer be able to access their Guusto Team Member account. They would not be able to select the Team Member Account from the dropdown menu in the header bar on any page (Dashboard, Buy Gifts, Manage Gifts, Account Funds, Nomination Box, Reports) to see associated Team Member data.

They can always login to Guusto using the email and password on their account to access their personal Personal Account, where they can see any gifts they have received or any gifts they have sent with their own credit card. 

You can suggest that they change their email address under Account > Profile, so they continue to receive communication from Guusto and are able to reset password if needed in the future.
