How do I mandate the 'Claim by' period for gifts sent by team members?

1. Login to the Guusto web platform

2. Select Teams, then Settings

3. Select the Team from the drop down menu at the top of the page

4. Select the Restrictions tab

5. Select the icon next to "Mandate 'Claim by' period" to switch it to ON

6. Select a claim period from the drop down menu

You can choose from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 'No Set Date'. By choosing 'No Set Date', you are prohibiting your team members from setting a 'Claim by' period when sending gifts.
