How do I filter Shoutouts?

1. Navigate through Teams > Manage Shoutouts. Then click on the Shoutouts tab.

2. Select your desired team from the drop down menu at the top of the page.

3. Select the Additional Filters drop down above the list of nominations.

4. Apply any of the following filters:

  • By Sender: Search by name or email address then select the desired sender

  • By Recipient: Search by name or email address then select the desired recipient

  • By Sender Manager: Search by name or email address then select the desired manager

  • By Recipient Manager: Search by name or email address then select the desired manager

  • By Status: Select the desired status for the Shoutouts - Approved, Declined, Pending

  • By Reason: Select the desired Shoutout Reason using the drop down menu

5. Click Apply.

You can also use the Global filters for additional filter options:

a. Date Filter

  • Select one of the preset options in the date filter drop down or click on the 'Custom' option to enter the desired start and end dates

b. Filter - You can use this drop down to filter by the fields used in the Team Member Upload template:

  • Location

  • Department

  • Admin Notes

  • Team Member

  • Cost Center ID

  • Supervisor Name

  • Division

  • Region

  • District

  • District Manager ID
