How-to guide on setting up a Team account

How do I brand the platform and emails for my Team Members? How can I do Team account branding?

This article will walk program administrators through adding company branding to your Team account. All your Team Members will see the branding you've set-up on the Guusto platform, as well as on gift and Shoutout emails!

1. Navigate to Teams, then Settings.

2. Select your desired Team from the drop down menu at the top of the page.

3. Select Branding.

4. To change the colour of the header in your Team Members' Guusto platforms and gift emails, select the colour icon next to 'Platform / Email Header Colour'. Then, select your desired colour. Click Save Changes.

Tip: You can colour match to your specific brand by selecting the dropper icon and clicking the desired colour in your logo or other branded materials.

5. To change the photo that appears in the header of your Team Members' Guusto platform and gift emails, click "Change Image" then hit "Upload" and choose a photo from your files.

6. To change the colour of the Gift Landing page (the page that your Team Member's recipient will see when claiming their gift), select the colour icon next to 'Gift Card Color'. Then, select your desired colour. Click Save Changes.

7. To further brand Team's gifts, use the custom options on the Send Gifts page. 

  • Select Browse next to 'Image' to upload a photo to attach to your gift.

  • Enter a personalized message in the message box for your recipient.


Note: These adjustments will be reflected in your own platform when you are using your admin account for that Team.
