You can reset your password when trying to login on the web or mobile app, or when trying to claim gifts.

Web Login

1. On the login page, select forgot password?

2. Enter your email address

3. Go to your email and open the Reset Password email sent from Guusto (if you don't receive the email, make sure to check your junk mail)

4. Click the link in the email to reset your password (if you have done step #2 a few times and received multiple Reset Password emails, only the most recent email will have an active working link)

5. Enter a new password and click "reset password"

Mobile App Login

1. Click "settings"

2. Click "My Profile"

3. Click "forgot your password"

4. Enter your email address and click "reset password". 

3. Go to your email and open the Reset Password email sent from Guusto (if you don't receive the email, make sure to check your junk mail)

4. Click the link in the email to reset your password (if you have done step #4 a few times and received multiple Reset Password emails, only the most recent email will have an active working link)


5. Enter a new password and click "reset password"

From the Claim Gift page

1. Enter your email address and select Sign In with Guusto

2. Select forgot password?

3. Follow steps 1-4 above for resetting your password from the web login page

4. Once you have your password reset, follow the steps to redeem your gift using your new password (instructions).
