You can reset your password when trying to login on the web, or when trying to claim gifts.

Web Login

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?

2. Click Forgot password?

3. Enter your email address and click Reset via Email. Only emails associated with a Guusto account will receive a password reset email.

4. Go to your email inbox and open the Reset Password email sent from Okta. The subject line will be "Account Password Reset" sent from [email protected]. If you do not receive the email, make sure to check your junk mail or spam.

If the password reset email has still not arrived, you may not have a Guusto account associated with the email entered or have email filtering blocking the email from landing in your inbox. Please contact our support team at [email protected] or use the chat feature through our Help Centre.

5. Click the link in the email to reset your password (if you have done step #2 a few times and received multiple Reset Password emails, only the most recent email will have an active working link.)

6. Enter a new password and click Reset Password
