How do I add money to send gifts? How do load money to my account?

This article will walk you through the different methods of funding your Guusto account so you may begin gifting!

Note: We load the Net amount of the funds received, so, we recommend one of the free options. That said, we do offer a credit card option for convenience and smaller transactions.

Please be aware a $10 service fee will be deducted for transfers below $500 excluding credit card transactions. (Why $500 minimum?)


Here are the steps to add funds to your account:

1. Login to your Guusto account.

2. Navigate to the Account Funds section using the navigation menu.

3. Under the Fund Account heading, select your preferred method of funding (Bank Transfer, Email Transfer, or Credit Card) and follow the instructions provided to fund your Personal Account or a Team Account.


Email Transfer

Send minimum $500 email transfer from your online banking to [email protected].

When complete, send an email to [email protected] with the following info:

Password to Security Question (if applicable):
Email Address on Guusto Account:
Fund Personal Account or a Team Account:

Your account balance will be updated within 1 business day of our accounting team receiving the transfer and your email.

Credit Card

Funds can also be added directly to your account through the Account Funds section in your Guusto account by adding a credit card.

Funds are added instantly to your account once your transaction is processed through our payment processor's automated credit card verification system. The credit card must pass an automated 3D Secure verification.

Note: we pass on the processing fee of 3% + $0.30 per transaction from our payment processor.
