Guusto has a built-in tool to help you organize your rewards, so you know which ones you've used and which ones you have yet to use! If you want to sort your rewards into two groups, used and unused, you can use the instructions below to move rewards between those two built-in groups within your account! Mark rewards as used, or mark them as unused!
Mark a Reward as Used
1. Login into Guusto on a web browser or Mobile App.
2. Navigate to the Redeem Rewards page.
3. Select the desired reward from the list of rewards in your account, then click View Details.
4. Once you have used your merchant gift card at the selected merchant and know the balance on the merchant gift card is $0, click mark this reward as used.
Mark a Reward as Unused
You can always access your Used Rewards and mark any reward as Unused if needed.
1. Navigate to the Redeem Rewards page.
2. Click Used Rewards
3. Select the desired reward from the list of used rewards in your account.
4. Click Mark this reward as unused.
