How do Workspace Notification Settings work?

As an admin, you can enable Workspace notifications to go out to all Workspace Members on either a weekly or a monthly basis. When enabled, Workspace Members will receive an email to keep them in the loop about their account balances, gifts sent, nominations made and received, etc.

To edit your Workspace Notification Settings:


1. Log into your Guusto account

2. Go to Workspaces

3. Click Settings

4. Use the drop-down in the upper-left header to select the desired Workspace

5. Select Notifications


​6. For Admins: Use the ON/OFF toggles to enable Activity Reports. You can set their sending frequency to weekly or monthly. Set a monetary threshold to receive a notification when the Workspace balance drops below it. You can also choose to hide the “Request Funds” button.

For Workspace Members: Choose to enable or disable Activity Report Emails, Budget Reminder Emails, and Manager Emails.

What are manager emails? These notifications are sent to managers whenever their direct reports receive recognition. This helps managers stay informed about team activity and engagement in Guusto.
