Shoutouts for Microsoft Teams is a simple, non-monetary method to recognize your team members.
Navigate to your Guusto recognition Team. Click on "Nominate a Team Member" near the bottom of the page.
Enter the name of the nominee, the reason and a message. Optionally, you may attach an image or gif, and notify a manager.
Click on Nominate. Your nomination will appear under the Posts section.
