An Order History Report is the gifting history of all your Workspace Members. To view your Workspace Order History navigate to Workspaces > Manage Gifting > Order History. Once on this page, if you wish to export this report, click on the export button near the top right of the page.
Note: If you manage more than one Workspace, confirm you are under the specific Workspace you are seeking data history. You are also able to select All Workspaces if you're trying to pull an amalgamated report for all Workspaces you manage.
Within Order History you are able to see which Workspace Members have been recognizing other Workspace Members. You will see details like gifts reasons, gift messages and whether gifts are unclaimed, claimed, redeemed or cancelled. All these details will appear on the exported report pulled from the Order History page.
*TIP* You are able to filter for a different date range for an Order History report by using the drop-down menu near the top of the Workspace Gifts Report page.
