Overview
Manager Insights is your Manager's new best friend in reporting. The Manager Insights report summarizes a Manager's recognition activity with each of their direct reports.
The first version of this feature (you heard us right - there is more to come!) shows an activity snapshot at the top, capturing this months activity in terms of % of budget used and % of direct reports being recognized. Below that, there are two lists, one for gifts and one for shoutouts, ordering the manager's direct reports from least recently recognized to most recently recognized from that manager. This helps highlight any team members who are overdue for some appreciation by their manager! :D
Notable features of the Manager Insights report also include the filter on the upper right hand side of the report, which allows the user to toggle between this month and last month's data. As well, when you hover over a direct report's name or image in the 'Last Recognized by You (Gift)' list, you can click to send a quick gift. Finally, if you do hit 100% of any of the top three metrics, you might get a pleasant little surprise!
Set up
The Manager Insights feature does not require any distinct set up by an Administrator. With that said, there are two required conditions for Team Member data. In order for the Manager Insights feature to work for a manager, the Team must be set up using the Employee ID fields and Manager ID fields.
Note: Manager Insights will only appear for Guusto teams that have set up their team members using both the Employee ID and Manager ID fields
In this first version, the budget usage is structured around monthly budgets, as such the % used information may not populate accurately until future updates for non-monthly budget allocations.

Direct Report Comparison In Usage Chart
Managers can now select individual direct reports on the "Your Direct Reports" usage chart.
This allows them to plot multiple team members' recognition activity for better comparisons.
Enhanced Usage Table and metrics for Direct Reports
We are introducing team-wide summary metrics that display current totals and measure changes compared to the previous month:
Total recognition sent
Total amount spent on recognition
Number of non-participants
The usage table now includes:
Count of recognition sent
Count of recognition received
Team Recognition History Report
We are adding a new report that lets managers view individual recognition messages sent and received by their team.
This provides deeper insights into how recognition is being communicated within the team.
