The first version of this feature (you heard us right - there is more to come!) shows an activity snapshot at the top, capturing this months activity in terms of % of budget used and % of direct reports being recognized. Below that, there are two lists, one for gifts and one for shoutouts, ordering the manager's direct reports from least recently recognized to most recently recognized from that manager. This helps highlight any team members who are overdue for some appreciation by their manager! :D

Notable features of the Manager Insights report also include the filter on the upper right hand side of the report, which allows the user to toggle between this month and last month's data. As well, when you hover over a direct report's name or image in the 'Last Recognized by You (Gift) list, you can click to send a quick gift. Finally, if you do hit %100 of any of the top three % metrics, you might get a pleasant little surprise!

The Manager Insights feature does not require any distinct set up by an Administrator. With that said, there are two required conditions for Team Member data. In order for the Manager Insights feature to work for a manager, the Team must be set up using the Employee ID fields and Manager ID fields.

In this first version, the budget usage is structured around monthly budgets, as such the % used information may not populate accurately until future updates for non-monthly budget allocations.
