Overview
Manager Insights is your manager's new best friend for reporting. This report provides a clear summary of each manager's recognition activity with their direct reports, making it easy to understand recognition trends and engagement at a glance.
For leaders who manage other managers, Manager Insights also includes visibility into recognition activity across indirect reports, giving you a broader view of recognition throughout your organization.
Set up
The Manager Insights feature does not require any distinct set up by an Administrator. With that said, there are two required conditions for Team Member data. In order for the Manager Insights feature to work for a manager, the Team must be set up using the Employee ID fields and Manager ID fields.
Note: Manager Insights will only appear for Guusto teams that have set up their team members using both the Employee ID and Manager ID fields

Team Participation
You can now select individual direct reports directly from the Team Participation usage chart.
Compare recognition activity across multiple team members by selecting one or more direct reports, making it easier to identify trends and gain deeper insights into your team's engagement.
Team History
Team History provides a complete overview of all gifting activity from Direct Reports, Indirect Reports and even the Full Organization
Team Leaderboard
The Team Leaderboard provides metrics to help you quickly understand your team's recognition activity at a glance, which includes:
Total recognition sent
Total amount spent on recognition
Number of non-participants
Recognition sent count
Recognition received count
Manager Delivery
The Manager Delivery section showcases any gifts that have been marked to include managers, ensuring that you have additional visibility on gifts that may require manager intervention.
