First and foremost, welcome to Guusto! 🎉 You're busy, so we will jump right into the how-to :D
Open the email you've been sent! It should look something like this:
2. Click on Login to Guusto in the email to go to the Guusto login page. It will look like this:
3. Enter the User information from the email in the Email/Username field and click Next:
4. Enter the Temp Password information in the Password field and click Sign In:
5. Verify your email by clicking Send me the code:
6. Retrieve the verification code from your email, the email will have come from [email protected] and will look like this:
7. Enter the six-digit code from the email and click Verify:
8. Enter your Temp Password information from the email in the Temporary Password field:
9. Enter the password you'd like to use moving forwards in the New Password fields. Note, your new password must be at least 8 characters, with at least one upper case, one lower case, one number and cannot contain your first or last name. Any violated password generation rules will cause an error message when you click Change Password:
10. Click Change Password:
11. If everything was filled out correctly, you should be redirected to your account! Celebrate and explore the platform 🎉
If you've not made it into the platform, or are stuck on the Change Password page, see the notes below.
📌 Note: Note that if the Temporary Password is incorrect, you will see this error. Simply try entering it again, and clicking Change Password again.
📌 Note: Similarly, both New Password fields must match, if they do not, you will see both of the following errors. Simply try entering it again, and clicking Change Password again.
