Can I schedule gifts?

Yes! You can schedule gifts to be sent automatically on a specific future date. Scheduled gifts are sent between 9am and 10am PST on their scheduled date. To schedule an individual gift, simply use the Delivery Date field on the Delivery & Recipients page of the gift sending flow. For information about scheduling bulk gifts, see this article.


Can I change the sender name when I send a gift?

Yes! When sending a gift, you can enter any name you'd like as the Sender Name.


Can I attach PDF files to gifts?

Yes! You can expand the Optional settings when sending from the dashboard Quick Send. When sending from the Send Gifts page, you can simply click the 📎 at the bottom of the message box.


What gift values are available?

You can purchase gifts ranging from $5 - $10,000 CAD. Many merchants offer open denominations. This means gifts can be purchased and redeemed for any value in the range listed above.

However, some merchants (e.g. Starbucks) only offer fixed denominations (e.g. $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100). In the event that you are trying to purchase a gift in a denomination that a merchant does not offer, our system will prompt you to adjust your gift value.


How does the claim period feature work?

The claim period feature sets an expiry date on the gift being sent. When that expiry date is reached, if the gift has not been claimed, the gift will expire and the value of the gift will be refunded to the sender in full.
