To provide Team Members with budgets for sending gifts, you have 3 options:

Manually transfer funds from the Team Balance to each Team Member (<a href="http://help.guusto.com/teams/how-do-i-transfer-funds-to-team-members" target="_blank">learn more</a>).

1. We recommend just using this for one-off special situations!

Automatically transfer funds from the Team Balance to the Team Member Balance every month (<a href="https://help.guusto.com/articles/3063380-how-do-i-set-up-recurring-fund-transfers-for-my-team-members" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">learn more</a>).

Give users access to spend Team Funds and set individual monthly/quarterly limits (<a href="http://help.guusto.com/teams/how-do-i-give-team-members-access-to-spend-team-funds" target="_blank">learn more</a>).

Give access to spend Team Funds and set spending limits with the Cost Centre (<a href="https://help.guusto.com/en/articles/5694554-how-do-i-set-up-cost-centers" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">learn more</a>).

1. Your team just needs to decide formula for setting user budgets
2. You can still track the cost center of all senders in reporting
