Want to boost the meaning behind every gift your team sends? Customizing your Gift Reasons List allows workspace members to pick a purposeful reason when sending gifts—reinforcing your workspace’s values and making recognition more intentional.
Follow the simple steps below to load, manage, and display a tailored list of gift reasons:
1. Login to your Guusto account.
2. Select your preferred Workspace from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner.
3. Then, go to Workspace Settings > Gift Reasons.
You can now add new reasons or delete existing ones, and choose whether Workspace Members are required to provide a reason when sending a gift.
In addition, you can also toggle whether the reason shows on the gift, or hide the option to select "Other" reasons.
On the Send Gifts page, Workspace Members are prompted to select the account they want to use for purchasing gifts. This will automatically display the designated list of Gift Reasons associated with that Workspace.
