Granting appropriate access levels ensures that members can perform their roles—whether managing funds, configuring settings, or recognizing peers through shoutouts—without overstepping permissions. This article guides you through setting Workspace Member rights efficiently.
To set Workspace Member Rights
1. Navigate to Workspaces.
2. Navigate to Manage Members.
3. Select the proper Workspace from the Header Dropdown.
4. Find the Workspace Member and check the box to enable that specific right.
Tip
Click "apply to all" at top of the list of Workspace Members to set Rights for All Workspace Members at once, and then go back and edit a few Workspace Member Rights before saving changes for the whole Workspace.
