As a Workspace Admin, you can set workspace-wide restrictions on gift sending and claiming.

You can restrict that gifts only be sent to and claimed by gift recipients with certain domains (e.g. @abccompany.com) in their email address.

You can go a step further, and restrict that gifts only be sent to and claimed by fellow Workspace Members. Just note that you'll have to keep your Workspace Member list current so people can claim their gifts.

To edit Workspace Restrictions:

1. Login to your Guusto account

2. Navigate to Workspaces

3. In the sub-menu, select Settings

4. In the drop-down menu in the header, select your desired Workspace

5. Click Restrictions

6. Set your preferences (ie: gifts can only be claimed by Workspace Members, restricted domains, restricted merchants etc.)
