You can load a list of Internal Notes (e.g. department, business unit) to choose from when sending gifts. These Notes, when selected, are not visible to recipients but are attached to each gift to help you track in reporting.

1. Navigate through Account > Settings > Internal Notes.

2. Enter your desired Internal Note, and click the Add button to enter it to your list of Internal Notes(Note: You can delete any note from your list of Internal Notes by clicking the "X" button).

3. Navigate through Send Gifts > Enter Order Details > Proceed to the Delivery & Recipients page. You will now see your list of Internal Notes in a drop-down menu (Note: You can still enter Custom Notes in the Notes column).

4. After purchasing the gifts, you can navigate through Gift Reports > Order History to see all Notes and Custom Notes that were selected for each gift under the Notes column.

Optional - Click Export in the top right-hand corner to access all the selected Notes and data associated with your gifts in a CSV file.
