Steps to Access the Shoutout Reasons Report:
1. Go to the Shoutout Box in your admin dashboard.
2. Choose the correct workspace from the dropdown menu at the top left.
3. Select the "Reasons" tab to view the report.
4. You'll see each shoutout reason listed alongside the total number of times it has been used.
5. (Optional) Apply filtering by date range—click Filter, set the range, and click Done— to compare usage across different periods.
