Customize how your team is recognized by managing the list of Shoutout reasons. This helps you keep reasons aligned with company values and current team priorities!
1. Navigate to Workspaces via the Admin page.
2. Select the desired Workspace from the top-left dropdown—this ensures changes apply to the intended team.
3. Proceed to Settings → Shoutouts within that workspace.
4. To remove a reason, click the red delete icon. (Note: deletion is permanent—past and future Shoutouts will no longer show this reason.)
5. To edit a reason, click the edit icon, make your changes, and Save.
6. To add a new reason, type your entry in the New Shoutout Reason field and click Save.
