Get insights into why your team is recognizing each other. As a Workspace Administrator, the Gift Reasons Report provides a clear breakdown of the top reasons behind gifts sent in your organization, helping you understand what values and behaviors are being celebrated.
To access the the Gift Reasons report:
1. Navigate to Workspaces → Manage Gifting → Gift Reasons.
If you manage multiple Workspaces, ensure you’ve selected the correct one using the workspace dropdown at the top left of the page
2. On this page, you'll see two interactive bar charts:
Top 5 Gift Reasons by Total Value
Top 5 Gift Reasons by Number of Gifts
3. Scroll down to view the full report in a list format.
4. To download the data, click Export in the top-right corner of the report.
