As a Workspace Admin, you can restrict reward sending and claiming to specific email domains (e.g., only “@yourcompany.com”) or limit rewarding to current Workspace Members by keeping your member list up to date. These settings ensure that recognition stays within your organization or chosen group, helping maintain security and program relevance.
To edit Workspace Restrictions:
1. Log in to your Guusto account
2. Navigate to Workspaces
3. In the sub-menu, select Settings
4. From the drop-down menu in the top-left header, select your desired Workspace.
5. Go to Restrictions
6. Set your preferences (ie: rewards can only be claimed by Workspace Members, restricted domains, restricted merchants, etc.)
