Viewing Your Virtual Mastercard Gift Card
If you've received or redeemed a Virtual Mastercard gift card, you can easily view and manage it through your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) or through the card issuer’s app and/or website.
Steps to View Your Digital Card:
Access Virtual Card: In your Guusto account, click Redeem Gifts > View Gift Details > View Gift Card.
Card Details: The card number, expiration date, and security code will be displayed dynamically, providing an encrypted and secure way to access your card.
Add to Digital Wallet: Once you access the card details, you can add it directly to your mobile wallet.
Using Your Digital Card:
Once your card is added to your wallet, you can use it for online purchases, in-store tap-to-pay (contactless), or phone/mail orders.
Balance Checking: You can check your balance directly in your mobile wallet or through the card issuer’s website or app.
⚠️ Important Notice: Due to a recent Mastercard policy update, some Virtual Mastercards may not be compatible with Digital Wallets. We're currently working with our partners to review this change and explore possible solutions.
How to Request a Physical Mastercard Gift Card
If you prefer a physical card or need one for in-person use, you can request a physical prepaid Mastercard gift card to be shipped to you.
Steps to Request a Physical Card:
1. Log into your Guusto account and click on "Redeem Gifts"
2. Click "View Details" for the gift you want to redeem.
3. Enter the desired amount you'd like to redeem and click "browse."
4. Select "Mastercard Physical" and click "Confirm." Note that once you choose this, you can't change it.
5. Click "View Gift Card" to see your Digital gift card in a new tab or window.
6. Provide Shipping Information: You’ll need to provide a valid shipping address.
* Please make sure to check and confirm your address and Click on "Confirm".
7. Track Gift once the order has been confirmed.
