The 'Quick Send' feature is designed to make recognition fast and easy — let's jump in!
1. To start, click the 'Gift' button at the top of your Dashboard.
2. The Quick Send window will pop up.
3. Fill in the following details:
Recipient’s email – As you start typing their name, it will likely auto-populate.
Gift amount – You’ll see the amount available to you displayed right above this text box.
Gift reason – These are pre-set by your program administrator and typically align with specific actions or core values you want to recognize.
Message – Be specific! Mention what the person did, the outcome of their actions, and why you appreciate them.
Attach a GIF or Image [Optional] – Add a personal touch with a fun or meaningful visual.
4. Then, click “Send” — it’s that simple!
