🔍 Approvals Page
Managers can now view, approve, or decline pending Gifts and Shoutouts from the new Approvals tab.
Centralized Review — All pending items appear in one place for easy management.
Streamlined Workflow — Once approved or declined, items automatically disappear from the pending list.
Smart Routing — When enabled, gifts that exceed a sender’s limit or shoutouts requiring review are automatically routed to the sender’s direct manager.
Admin Visibility — Admins retain full oversight and can still take action when needed.
📊 Team History Report
We’ve introduced a Team History Report under Manager Insights → Your Direct Reports, giving managers a complete view of recognition activity within their teams.
Comprehensive View — See all recognition sent to and from your direct reports.
Flexible Filters — Filter activity by time range or specific team members.
Quick Insights — Hover over any entry to instantly view the full recognition message.
Data Export — Download filtered results as CSV or Excel for offline review or analysis.
