Gift senders may use claim periods to ensure they only pay for gifts that are added to an account. To avoid your Guusto gift expiring - claim it to your Guusto account as soon as you receive it. If your gift claim date passes before you are able to add it to your Guusto account, reach out to your gift sender!
Once you claim a gift to your Guusto account, it never expires, unless redeemed for a merchant with specific expiration policies (e.g., Prepaid Mastercards).
Once claimed, your Guusto gift will reside in your Guusto account until you are ready to redeem for a merchant gift card. Merchant gift cards generally do not expire, with the exception of Prepaid Mastercards. For more information about expiry dates or redeeming for a Prepaid Mastercard, click here!
