Profile Setup
Customize your profile to fit your preferences. You can setup a profile picture, alternate name, default messages for reward sending and more!
The Dashboard provides an overview of your account's activity. Your account activity consists of rewards and shoutouts sent out by you. The activity on the Dashboard may also include rewards and shoutouts sent out by your Workspace Members.
Fund Account
Admins can load funds into their Workspaces using bank transfer, wire transfer, email transfer, or credit card. More details on how to fund your Guusto account can be found here.
Send Rewards
You can send rewards from your computer by logging in to the web platform. Here’s an article that outlines all the details for sending rewards through Guusto.

Manage your Sent Rewards
The Order History page under the Reports section acts as a command centre to track and control all your sent rewards. Lean how to manage your sent rewards here
Redeem Rewards
Recipients can redeem their Guusto rewards via the app or the web platform on their phone or computer. The standard claiming process is simple:
Check their email for the reward notification.
Click the “Claim Your Reward” link.
Add the reward to an existing Guusto account or create a new one.
Redeem the reward at their convenience.
