Reward senders may use claim periods to ensure they only pay for rewards that are added to an account. To avoid your Guusto reward expiring, claim it to your Guusto account as soon as you receive it. If your reward claim date passes before you are able to add it to your Guusto account, reach out to your reward sender!
Once you claim a reward to your Guusto account, it never expires, unless redeemed for a merchant with specific expiration policies (e.g., Prepaid Mastercards).
Once claimed, your Guusto reward will reside in your Guusto account until you are ready to redeem for a merchant gift card.
