If you are interested in adding custom rewards to your program, you are in the right place to learn how. This guide is perfect for admins who want to empower recipients with custom rewards such as a 1 Day of PTO, Superbowl Tickets, Coachella Tickets, a Weekend in Palm Springs, or anything else you'd like to give.

  1. Navigate to Team Settings under the Admin section on the left side bar menu.

  2. Click on the Merchants page. From this page, you may manage your Team's restricted and custom merchants.

  3. Enter the details of your custom merchant, including Name, Image, Cost of reward, and Redemption Instructions for your recipients to follow once redeemed. You may also include a URL for your recipients to click on to redeem gifts from a custom vendor, such as a company catalogue. Click on Add.

  4. Edit, view, or deactivate your merchant by clicking on the three vertical dots as shown.
