1. Log in to your Guusto account.

2. Click the Send recognition bubble that appears beside your profile picture at the top of the dashboard, as shown below.

3. Toggle in the pop-up header to Shoutout.

4. Type a name in the Recipient name field. If the recipient is a Team member on your Guusto Team, their name will automatically appear in an auto-fill list and you can click their name to finish the auto-fill.

5. Select a Reason and enter a message.

6. (Optional) Add and image, GIF or expand the Optional Settings to notify a manager, change the language on the gift, or hide the gift from the team's activity feed.

7. Click Submit.

8. If you'd like to print the Shoutout to give it in person, you can click Print before closing the pop-up.
