Gifts can only be edited, resent or cancelled if they haven't been claimed by the recipient yet. Cancellation is only possible on the Lite Plan or higher.
In order to edit, resent or cancel a gift (if you are on a paid plan), you can follow the steps below.
1. Login to your Guusto Account
2. Proceed to Reports and then Order History
3. Click on the three dots under the Actions column
4. Click on the “Edit” button to modify the gift, as shown below.
Don’t forget to save your changes once you’re done!
5. To resend your gift, click the "Resend" button. Edit any information in the pop-up window, then click "Resend via Guusto".
6. If you wish to cancel your gift, use the "Cancel" button. The funds will be returned to your sending account.
Note: Cancellations are only possible within one year of the original send date.
