Note: Automatic reminders are sent 1 week after the gift was initially sent and 1 week before the end of the claim period for any unclaimed gifts.
1. Navigate to Gift Reports.
2. Select Order History.
3. Click on the three dots beside the gift you'd like to resend.
4. Click Resend in the dropdown menu.
5. Select your preferred method to resend the gift to the recipient.
Resend via Guusto by entering the recipient's email and/or mobile phone number.
Resend via your email like Outlook or Mac email.
Resend using the gift link by copying and pasting it into your own communication tool (e.g. Slack).
If you have several unclaimed gifts you'd like to resend, you can do so following the instructions below!
1. Navigate to Gift Reports > Order History.
2. Select multiple unclaimed gifts by ticking the box next to the gift thumbnail.
3. Click apply to selected button.
4. In the modal popup, click the resend gifts button.
