Gifts can only be edited, resent or cancelled if they haven't been claimed by the recipient yet. Cancellation is only possible within one year of the send date.
In order to edit, resent or cancel a gift, you can follow the steps below
Login to your Guusto Account
Click Gift Reports and then Order History
Click on the three dots under the Actions column
To Edit
4. Click Edit
To Resend
4. Click Resend
5. Edit any information in the pop-up, and then click resend via guusto
To Cancel
4. Click Cancel and the funds will be returned to your sending account. Cancelling is only available within one year of the send date.
