What is a Shoutouts Draw?
A Shoutouts Draw allows you to reward employees or team members by randomly selecting winners based on their shoutouts. This can be a fun and engaging way to celebrate contributions and encourage more recognition within your organization.
Steps to Set Up a Shoutouts Draw:
1. Log in to your Guusto Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Shoutouts" section on the left sidebar.
3. Proceed to the "Leaderboard" tab
* Make sure the correct workspace is selected from the dropdown menu at the top left of the page.
2. Select the Filter buttons to apply filters by the following:
Date: Enter the desired start and end dates
Admin Notes: Search by entering the admin note
Location: Search by entering the desired location
Department: Search by entering the desired department name
Cost Center ID: Search by Cost Center ID
Member: Start typing the name to find a workspace member
4. Click "Make a Draw" and the system will randomly select winners from eligible participants.
5. Select Draw a Winner from the pop-up window
6. Review the results and announce the winners to your team! You can also redraw if needed!
* You can also directly reward the winners through Guusto gift cards as well as publish the results of the draw to your Recent Activity
