You can cancel gifts manually or set a claim period when sending gifts. If the gift recipient does not add the gift to their account by the end of the claim period, the gift is automatically cancelled and the funds are fully credited back to your Guusto account.

You can review the cancelled status of the gifts by navigating through Gift Reports > Order History and the accompanying refund transaction by navigating through Gift Reports > Expenses.
