This article will guide Program Administrators on how to add company branding to their Workspace accounts. Once set up, your Workspace Members will see the branding across the Guusto platform, as well as in Reward and Shoutout emails!
Here’s how you can do it:
1. Navigate to Workspaces, then Settings.
2. From the drop-down menu in the top left corner, select your desired Workspace.
3. Select Branding.
Header Color
4. To change the colour of the header in your Workspace Members' Guusto platforms and reward emails, select the colour icon next to 'Platform / Email Header Colour'. Then, select your desired colour. Click Save Changes.
Tip: You can colour match to your specific brand by selecting the dropper icon and clicking the desired colour in your logo or other branded materials.

5. To change the photo that appears in the header of your Workspace Members' Guusto platform and reward emails, click "Change Image" under the 'Platform/Email Header Logo' section, then hit "Upload" and choose a photo from your files.
To adjust the photo on the certificate printouts, click "Change Image" under the 'Certificate Image' section, then hit "Upload" and choose a photo from your files.

Reward Color
6. To change the colour of the Reward Landing page (the page that your Workspace Member's recipient will see when claiming their reward), select the colour icon next to 'Reward Color'. Then, select your desired colour. Click Save Changes.
Reward Branding
7. To further brand Workspace's rewards, use the custom options on the Send Rewards page. Select Browse next to 'Image' to upload a photo to attach to your reward.
Note: These adjustments will be reflected in your own platform when you are using your admin account for that Workspace.
