Here are the steps to rollout a Team Shoutouts program:
Decide how you plan to incentivize your employees to participate in Shoutouts - a weekly draw for a $50 Guusto gift, a free lunch for every 3 Shoutouts received etc
Create a Team for you and 1-2 other key admins to play around in
Create a list of Shoutouts Reasons, we recommend core values
Decide if you'd like all Shoutouts to be approved by Team Admins
Decide if you'd like to hide the Leaderboard from Team Members
Determine the appropriate pricing plan
Load all employees who will be sending or receiving Shoutouts
Track all Shoutouts that have been made
Filter Shoutouts by Date, Admin Notes, Sender, Recipient, Reason, Status
